ADHD is a common disorder that makes it tough for an individual to pay attention and control impulsive behaviors like lack of control, merged with a regularly shifting focus of interest.
Individual may be restless and almost constantly active. The symptoms of ADHD begin in childhood and continues through adolescence and adulthood.
Adults with ADHD may have problem managing time, setting goals, being systematic and holding down a job. They may suffers in problem with relationship, addiction and self-esteem.

Causes:
Causes of ADHD isn't known but researchers configure several things that may leads to it, these are:
# Heredity
# Brain chemicals may be out of balance
# Areas of the brain that control attention are less active
# Poor nutrition, infection, drinking, smoking and substance abuse during pregnancy
# Toxins
# A brain disorder or injury
ADHD Treatment:
ADHD can be managed with medications and therapies:

Medications called stimulants can help control hyperactive, impulsive behavior and increase attention span
Therapies:
Therapeutic treatments focus on changing behaviors:
- Special Education:
  Special Education helps a child learn at school to systematized their routines and counter its symptoms.
- Behavior Modification:
  Behavior Modification helps to replace bad behaviors with good ones.
- Psychotherapy or Counseling:
  Psychotherapy helps to handle emotion and frustration. It can helps to improve self-esteem. It will aware family person of patient to better understanding.
- Social Skills Training
  Social skills training can teach various social behaviors such as taking turns and sharing.
