1. Problem solving
Students need the ability to solve complex problems in real time.
2. Creativity
Students need to be able to think and work creatively in both digital and nondigital environments to develop unique and useful solutions.
3. Critical thinking
Students need the ability to think analytically, which includes proficiency with comparing, contrasting, evaluating, synthesizing, and applying without instruction or supervision.
4. Collaboration
Students must possess the ability to collaborate seamlessly in both physical and virtual spaces, with real and virtual partners globally.
5. Communication
Students must be able to communicate well not just with text or speech, but in multiple multimedia formats. They must be able to communicate visually through video and imagery as effectively as they do with text.
6. Ethics
This includes adaptability, fiscal responsibility, personal accountability, environmental awareness, empathy, tolerance, and global awareness.

    Well listed. A boosting to develop all these qualities is the challenge for teachers. As said by Prashant sir, EVM should be a base on which all these can be developed.

Some strategies through which rapport with students can be built and maintained: The best teachers are adept at incorporating strategies throughout the year so that a healthy relationship is established, then maintained with each student that they teach. 1. Send students a postcard before school begins letting them know how much you are looking forward to having them in class. 2. Incorporate personal stories and experiences within your lessons. It humanizes you as a teacher and makes your lessons more interesting. 3. When a student is sick or misses school, personally call or text the student or their parents to check on them. 4.
