A good learner will always be a good teacher.

Creativity: An Indispensable tool for effective Classroom Teaching Learning ….
There is no denying the fact that the
creativity has taken a back seat in the schools for many reasons, some are beyond and some within the control of the teachers.
Imagine that an inquisitive child comes to the classroom with lots of questions in his mind as he has just seen a flower blooming in his garden this very morning. Incidentally, this is also the topic for teaching in the Science class today. He very keenly raises his hand to share his new found experiences with the teacher and also to get cleared some of the doubts which he has in his mind, when he is snubbed very harshly and is told very sternly to focus on the topic in the text book.
Poor child , disheartened and discouraged, is unable to do so as he is not able to coreale the things which he has seen in his garden and the things which are being taught in the classroom through the text books.
So, here the question arises: What is more important, teaching or learning? And can’t teaching be done by facilitating learning by doing?
Of course, learning is much more important than teaching which is futille in case no learning takes place.
So, a teacher has to encourage learning by doing as far as possible in as many subjects and topics which she teaches.
For that matter, the teacher has to first create the real life situations to arouse the interest of the students in the topic and then to encourage his creativity.
A good learner is always be a good teacher. So, a teacher has to remain a learner throughout his life and should not hesitate in learning even from his students.
Can creativity be taught, instilled or practiced?
Creativity can never to be taught, it has to be practiced first by the teacher with the active participation of his students and then slowly and gradually, it is instilled when they start participating in the classroom discussions actively.
A teacher has to understand the difference between teaching of creativity and creattive teaching.
And learning is an indispensable outcome of creative teaching!!
